Both of you check your battle confirmations, maybe someone just didn't confirm it, though I doupt it... Otherwise; bug.

we both have done because ive atatcked him sometimes and he attacked me..

A) It's Rune_Scape's turn

B) Make sure you're going to the "Make Battle/Go To Your Current Battle" link, not the "ent Vs Rune_Scape".
