I searched the tutorials database and the forums and I didn't find anything so I figured I may as well post this and get some free minerals.
Did you know that if you give a unit to player nine, player ten, or player eleven it keeps it's original owner's color? Yep. It's awesome.

Well yea... but the tutorials actually talk about player 12 staying the same color... so ha.
