Global Moderators have the ability to moderate every forum without being listed offically as a Moderator.

Downloads Database Keepers have full power and control over Staredit Network's growing Downloads Database. They approve, delete, add, edit files at their own free will.

REGULARS AND MEMBERS
When you've posted 300 quality posts in forums that have post count enabled you get a Regular status. If you get to 1500, you get an Elite status.
Caution: Spamming and flooding to get into these positions will not be tolerated. It is meant to reward long time map makers and users of Staredit Network, not for people who rush to the top. If the administrators feel that you are unfairly rushing to the top, your post count will be reset or decreased!
Here are the main differences:

You made no refenence to the NON-MEMBER USERGROUPS or the POST TITLES parts of it, yet you still added them, without quote marks, which is obvoiusly an attempt to get some minerals
