Alright, I'm done with the tutorials script for a couple minutes.
Upgrades include:
A 'go to top of the page' link that floats down to the bottom of the page.
A sexy little arrow that shows you how your results are being sorted.
Related files + topics.
Results are limited to 30 per page.
Extremely short linkage to tutorials. Now, the link is as simple as:

General interface improvements.
Speed improvements.
What I still plan on doing:
Make Pages 1 2 3 etc a little bigger plus let you know which page you are on.
Allow you to select all tutorials by a specific author.
Find someone to do some major tutorial editing (or do it myself) to adjust all tutorials to a new database format.
Anything else you can think of? Tell me.

Redid forum titles, rules, and new topic regulations to shorten, correct spelling mistakes and shift around. Added ability to make new topics in staredit news forum, bit it appears hidden until a administrator reviews it.

New portal page. It is now cleaner and better than uportal. Who the heck wants to see billions of useless pieces of information when you can just see news and map spotlight?

Donation page upgrade from a "custom crap page" to a mod. It now has the ability for admins just to type in a name + amount for an automatic update. Now there's no excuse for us to be lazy
