Go to the location layer and draw locations just like any other editor.

Using snap to grid will help the locations be the "regular" sizes that you see in most other editors.

I have to asume th ings and I HATE doing that, but I have no choice becus you dont give me all the information I need to answer your question.

If each player gets one 'man' at a time then you'll need triggers like this

Currentplayer commands one 'man'
-
Center locaion '[currentplayer]position' on 'man' owned by 'player [number]
preserve trigger
|
[player with zerglings] brings atleast one zergling to [location]
-
kill all zerglings at [location] for [player with zerglings]
preserve location

if the zerglings are player controlled then it's the opposit, center the location on the zerglings not the 'man'

as for making locations, starforge does not work that well for me, try extra edit, or something.

Terren, he was only asking how to make locations. And this shouldn't be in the map making assistance forum, we have a new forum dedicated to Starforge. Moving it there-->

Hey, by the way, I never tryied but do locations that arn't snapped to the grid still work correcly? I mean will it be only that spot, or it will do as it was as big as the closest grid square? You know what I mean?

I am pretty sure they do not expand to the next biggest grid size, but I haven't done much testing on it myself. I'm sure Bolt_Head could tell you.

They work fine, but openeing in another editor will revert it.

If you don't touch a location at all that has an odd size in X-tra, It will let it stay the way it is, it just looks odd and a little messed up, but it still functions with it's SF set size.
