Also, what bands do you currently listen to so we can reccomend similair bands that you would probably like.

Civilized culture is overrated, and gives me crappy visualizations.

I would go to your local theatre and see if they have any artists playing; they usually have it up at their website. Concerts are a real experience that everybody should try, from the base blasting to grinding with chicks to wheezing from the guys smoking weed around you. Thats how it is here atleast.

-MetallicA (Arbitary will hate this, don't listen to him ! wink.gif )

-Y.Malmsteen

I would recommend rock that I listened to a year ago, but I won't tongue.gif

You should get out of all that crap and go into country. Country is the best stuff to listen too. Its not people just screaming at the top of their lungs, they actually say words that make sence too!

How can it be overrated when perhaps 1.5% of the population under 35 appreciates it. Or less?

What's overrated is when you turn amps up so loud all you hear is a blare so loud it makes your ears dysfunctional, get somebody speaking words to a few simple chords, and call it music.

It's called sarcasm. String ensembles are some of my favorite things to listen to.

Orchestra DOES give me bad visualizations though. Hurray synesthesia.

About a year ago I listened to Queen, Pink Floyd & other rock. Then, I started listening to Slipknot pinch.gif , but it didn't last long. After a month I started listening to MetallicA. Three weeks ago I started combining MetallicA with Y.Malmsteen.
