I don't think the people who have found a way to protect through OSMAP are sharing their technique at the moment... if they did tell you on here, OSMAP would be able to fix their program to get arround whatever technique they're useing. And who's to say you're not a OSMAP spy! confused.gif

Not that you are... but yeah ermm.gif

Just use trigger viewer if you want to look at triggers...Not really a reason to make a big deal out of it, there's plenty of maps protected against Osmap

Since we have this map, we know exactly how to protect against OSMAP now, and Blizzard-related's OSMAP creators know exactly how to unprotect it again.

Rule of thumb for making a map unprotectable... protect it with any program out there and cross your fingers. tongue.gif

Any kind of protection that goes public will eventually become unprotectable. If you do it yourself, then it is low odds that it will become unprotected unless you used a style that a a major protector has previosly used. (Since it would not be worth figuring out the coding and updating the program fora few maps)

Did you test this map against the latest verison of Osmap? Because with the old OSMAPs, which most of us have, there are many ways to crash them. Unfortunately the creators of OSMAP aren't very dumb sad.gif

I have a good program for mac which is a pwnage protecter.
Let me explain how protection works.
At the start of every file there is a bit explaining what the file is, how much storage it takes, etc. Just fiddle around a bit with that, so its wrong. Then you cant open it in ur computer, because your comp. checks its right. But SC doesnt check so you can play it. The best bit is that StarEdit (Regular) for MAC is quite a good unprotector itself!
And I use a mac.
