over in texas.. the most expensive ps3 we have is the $600 and the wii is $250

Who in the right mind has the $ to spend on a god damn PS3. The Wii will have Metroid, Sonic, Smash Bros, and backwards compatibility. ( Super Metroid here I come )! PS3 sux.

well as you you said wii has childish games execpt maybe 2 so yeah ill pay x2 by the way the nintendo company has nvr had a internet hook up and sony so that does give a upper advantage to sony has had a internet hook up since the ps2 and the ps3 so me going with ps3 >:)

to all who have read my post on the wii i need to redo it so i take back the part on the internet thing i did find out the gamecube had connection but u had to use third party stuff plus the wii will have internet but ofcourse no matter what execept if ps3 was token off the planet i would still buy it

Even though both consoles are part of the Wi-Fi, I'd say the Wii because the Wi-Fi controller has motion censore technology. It's pretty obvious graphics goes over gameplay, but with the PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii, I'd say gameplay beats graphics anyday other than Xbox 360.
